Now hiring: we are hiring a sausage maker in Macon County, Missouri. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required You will season and marinate meat on request; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
