Oven operator — Marquette County

Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Marquette County, Michigan. You will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 2+ years on the tools preferred. $160 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
