Concrete pump mate wanted in Schenectady County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Schenectady County, New York. You will work on a high-rise slab pour. Your main tasks: • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing Ideal candidate: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers 3+ years on the tools preferred.
