We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Big Horn County, Wyoming. Day-to-day duties: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Full-time, day shift.
