Finishing plasterer • Camden County, North Carolina

We are recruiting: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Camden County, North Carolina. You will be based on a commercial fit-out project. Your main tasks: • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster What we are looking for: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites $19 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
