Immediate opening: gypsum plasterer (Pennsylvania)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Juniata County, Pennsylvania. You will work on a busy domestic building site. You should have: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents The role involves dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
