Earthmoving plant operator wanted in Wayne County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Wayne County, North Carolina. You should have: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Day to day you will carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $26 per hour plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
