Now hiring: GMAW welder (Imo State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Ideato South, Imo State. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Your main tasks: • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch What we are looking for: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around ₦100,000 per project, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
