Dough maker — Municipal Area Council

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Municipal Area Council, Federal Capital Territory. You will work at a busy bakery. You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
