Now hiring: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Sacramento County, California. You will be based at a busy body shop. Your main tasks: • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting Ideal candidate: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Six days a week, one day off.
