Argon welding operator wanted in Nobles County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Nobles County, Minnesota. You will be based in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. What we are looking for: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Your main tasks: • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
