Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Lawrence County, Tennessee. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards You will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass.
