We are recruiting: we are hiring a commercial painter in Chase County, Kansas. You will be based on commercial fit-out projects. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish On the job you will handle: • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
