Food and beverage server • Orleans County, Vermont

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Orleans County, Vermont. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. The role involves greet guests, seat them and present the menu; check back during the meal and handle special requests; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts $26 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
