Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Lapeer County, Michigan. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. You will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
