Great opportunity: we are hiring a retail butcher in Alfalfa County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. Day to day you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
