Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Southampton County, Virginia. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits.
