Immediate opening: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Montmorency County, Michigan. The job is at a shopfitting company. You will measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level. You should have: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Own basic hand tools • Good eye for detail and a clean finish Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience.
