Requirements: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres The role involves fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
