Dish pit attendant — Wurno

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Wurno, Sokoto State. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Your main tasks: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Full-time, day shift.
