Immediate opening: dish pit attendant (Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Rockbridge County, Virginia. You will work at a banquet hall. On the job you will handle: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Rotating shifts.
