Now hiring: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Pocahontas County, West Virginia. You will load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; grind back and re-weld any defective runs. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
