Great opportunity: we are hiring a moulder in Cecil County, Maryland. Day-to-day duties: • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles What we are looking for: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Basic grinding and fettling skills Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
