Join our team: hoist operator (Mississippi)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a hoist operator in Leflore County, Mississippi. The job is at a container port and shipping yard. You will rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift. You should have: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits.
