You will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
