Finishing plasterer wanted in Smyth County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Smyth County, Virginia. You should have: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • CSCS card or willing to obtain one On the job you will handle: • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
