Head butcher wanted in Cerro Gordo County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head butcher in Cerro Gordo County, Iowa. You will work in a supermarket meat department. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Day to day you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; season and marinate meat on request.
