Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Henry County, Iowa. You will work in a gas distribution network. You should have: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Driving licence for travel between sites On a typical shift you will complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances.
