You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On the job you will handle: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Six days a week, one day off.
