Powder coating technician wanted in Washington Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Washington Parish, Louisiana. You will work on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Performance bonus on top of base pay.
