Bakery assistant — Brighton and Hove

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Brighton and Hove, England. You will work in a bread factory. Day-to-day duties: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
