Day to day you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
