The role involves grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass; install toughened and laminated safety glass; fit double-glazed sealed units into frames. What we are looking for: • Able to cut glass accurately to size • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
