Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Little River County, Arkansas. The role involves hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Rotating shifts.
