Incoming goods inspector wanted in Green County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an incoming goods inspector in Green County, Kentucky. You will work in an automotive parts factory. Your main tasks: • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges 3+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
