Vertical milling machine operator • Mercer County, Pennsylvania

We are recruiting: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Mercer County, Pennsylvania. On the job you will handle: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance You should have: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces 4+ years on the tools preferred.
