Production line helper wanted in Lancaster County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production line helper in Lancaster County, Virginia. You will keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards. Ideal candidate: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
