Now hiring: we are hiring a formwork erector in Webster County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting.
