HSE officer — Sangamon County

Join our team: we are hiring a HSE officer in Sangamon County, Illinois. You will take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot 3+ years on the tools preferred.
