Fabricator-welder wanted in Crenshaw County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Crenshaw County, Alabama. Day to day you will set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
