Refrigeration and AC mechanic wanted in Polk County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in Polk County, Nebraska. You will be based at a busy refrigeration workshop. Day to day you will trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; fault-find control boards and defrost timers; clean condenser and evaporator coils. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
