Counter butcher wanted in Mbaitoli Local Government Area

We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in Mbaitoli Local Government Area, Imo State. The job is in a supermarket meat department. Day-to-day duties: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer ₦280,000 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
