Foundry labourer wanted in Choctaw County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Choctaw County, Mississippi. The role involves cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges. What we are looking for: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
