Machinist wanted in Montgomery County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a machinist in Montgomery County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line What we are looking for: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines Pay around $15 per hour, based on your experience.
