Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Charles Mix County, South Dakota. The job is in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage Day to day you will read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer.
