Urgent requirement: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Prince Edward County, Virginia. You will work on a residential housebuilding project. What we are looking for: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers The role involves hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw.
