We are recruiting: we are hiring a GMAW welder in La Plata County, Colorado. You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety On a typical shift you will strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
