Quality assurance assistant wanted in Eaton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Eaton County, Michigan. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting Requirements: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
