Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Chattahoochee County, Georgia. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
