Immediate opening: we are hiring a maintenance electrician in Mobile County, Alabama. The job is in a power distribution substation. Requirements: • Safe handling of live LV circuits and proper PPE use • ITI in electrical trade or wireman certificate • Normal colour vision for cable identification On the job you will handle: • Install LED fittings, ceiling fans and exhaust fans • Dress and terminate wiring inside control panels • Carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars • Test insulation resistance with a megger • Replace faulty switches, sockets and light fittings Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
